L’arbitrato è sempre più lo strumento naturale per la risoluzione delle controversie internazionali. E questo vale sia per le grandi multinazionali sia per le piccole e medie imprese. Esso esige, però, un’assistenza legale all’altezza per gestire le sue complessità. Noi sappiamo accompagnarvi in ogni passo del percorso.

Vi aiutiamo a scegliere il regolamento arbitrale, la sede dell’arbitrato e a calare la clausola nel contesto specifico del contratto in questione. Nella fase contenziosa, siamo al vostro fianco per trovare le risposte giuste a tutti i problemi che sarete chiamati ad affrontare: la strategia processuale, la selezione dell’arbitro, la gestione della procedura, l’interpretazione dei contratti-tipo sottostanti, la determinazione delle leggi applicabili al rapporto, il riconoscimento e l’esecuzione del lodo.

Vi assistiamo direttamente nei Paesi in cui operate. Nel corso degli anni abbiamo condotto arbitrati internazionali in una pluralità di lingue (inglese, francese, spagnolo), procedure (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, SCC, CRCICA, DIAC), diritti, tradizioni giuridiche e nazioni, in Africa, America, Medio ed Estremo Oriente, oltre che in Europa.

L’eccellenza della nostra pratica di arbitrato internazionale non si fonda solo sulla capacità di gestire la diversità delle forme procedurali, ma è stata costruita grazie alla profonda conoscenza del diritto sostanziale e dei settori di attività. L’arbitrato internazionale è infatti il punto in cui convergono le nostre migliori conoscenze in materia di appalti internazionali, fusioni e acquisizioni, joint ventures, societario, telecomunicazioni, energia e un ampio spettro di contratti commerciali.
