On 17 December, BonelliErede’s partners’ meeting approved the promotion to partner of six of the firm’s managing associates: Livia Cocca, Francesco Casamassa, Gianpaolo Ciervo, Daniele Gambirasio, Giulio Mazzotti and Giovanni Minuto.
Livia Cocca joined BonelliErede’s Milan office in 2008. She specialises in M&A and corporate law, with expertise across several industries, including energy, infrastructure and pharma. She is a member of the Infrastructure Focus Team and the Golden Power Task Force.
Francesco Casamassa joined the Milan office in 2011. He specialises in litigation and arbitration – with a focus on commercial, civil, bankruptcy, antitrust and corporate law – and is a member of the Competition Litigation Task Force.
Gianpaolo Ciervo has been working at the Milan office since 2010. He specialises in debt restructuring and corporate, banking and bankruptcy law and is a member of the following focus teams: Banks, Digital Innovation, and Restructuring & Insolvency.
Daniele Gambirasio has been with the firm since 2010 and is based in Genoa. He specialises in corporate law matters, extraordinary transactions, corporate crises, commercial litigation and capital markets and is a member of the Africa Team, with a focus on Ethiopia.
Giulio Mazzotti joined BonelliErede in 2011 and is based in Rome. He specialises in tax law, taxation of businesses, non-commercial entities and individuals, international taxation, and tax advice on financial and real estate transactions. He is a member of the following focus teams: Energy & Ecological Transition, Infrastructure, and Tax Litigation.
Giovanni Minuto has been with the firm since 2007 and is based in Milan. He specialises in international arbitration and litigation, with a focus on tenders, investment arbitration, commercial contracts and international private law. He is a member of the following focus teams: Construction & Engineering, International Arbitration, and Sports Law.
