He has advised over the years banks and companies on the main debt restructuring procedures in Italy, developing and executing unprecedented structures of DIP (debtor-in-possession) financing and distressed firms acquisitions by national and international funds. He regularly represents leading Italian banks in their main NPLs (non-performing loans) sale processes. He advises clients ranging from start-ups to listed companies on Corporate and Banking Law. He is currently involved in the first deals in Italy related to blockchain and crypto-currencies.
