Stefano Simontacchi and Andrea Carta Mantiglia, chairman and managing partner of BonelliErede, had this to say: “Once again, we are delighted to announce the appointment of new partners, most of which are the result of multi-year career development paths. For us, it is a success to be able to trust in our firm’s ability to regenerate internally and to cultivate so many talents across a wide variety of practices – a sign of the robust multidisciplinary abilities of our team and of the strong investment in young people that has always been in our DNA”. Looking ahead to the upcoming end of their term at the firm’s helm, both continued: “After closing the last 2 years with record-breaking results, we are proud to pass the baton to Massimiliano and Eliana with the knowledge that we all share the same strategic vision and with a multi-year action plan that, through everyone’s contribution, will guide BonelliErede’s growth and serve to only strengthen our leading market position in the years to come”.

Massimiliano Danusso and Eliana Catalano, who will take over as chairman and managing partner, respectively, on 1 January, had this to add: “We are happy to begin our adventure at BonelliErede’s helm. We would like to thank Stefano, Andrea and the members of the outgoing board for their excellent work, which we now have a duty to continue. We know we can count on their valuable contribution moving forward, as well as on that of all our people who will be involved in this new journey together. This is crucial to achieving the goals we have set, first and foremost that of continuing to retain the trust and confidence of our clients, in Italy and abroad, by nurturing the most talented lawyers to provide the highest standards of quality and support the continued success of our firm and the companies we advise”.
