The multidisciplinary Shipping and Transport Focus Team, which was set up in 2015 to enhance BonelliErede’s renowned expertise in these areas, expands with two key hires: Enrico Vergani, who will lead the focus team, and Marco Mastropasqua.

Enrico Vergani, 52, joins BonelliErede as of counsel. He has over 25 years’ experience handling investigations into complex maritime cases and related litigation, relationships with the Italian maritime authority, ship finance deals and complex financial transactions.

Marco Mastropasqua, 41, joins as senior counsel. He has in-depth knowledge of maritime and navigation law, and particular expertise in dealing with the insurance, banking and financial aspects.

The Shipping and Transport Focus Team now boasts 12 professionals, including 6 partners.
