Our teams of business professionals total over 200 people: compliance, English improvement, finance and accounting, HR, ICT, marketing and business development, office managers, operational support and PAs. How? One of our training initiatives is the BE Academy: a series of monthly sessions led by the heads of each business support department on their respective areas. The goal? To give attendees the chance to better understand what their colleagues from other departments do and encourage cross-departmental interaction. And perhaps even gain some new skills along the way!

  • a 45-minute technical skills test (e.g., skillset-related questions)
  • a 45-minute interview to understand what drives you and to give you some insights into what drives the firm
  • a 90-minute English test (speaking, listening, writing, and grammar tasks)
