Job placement office for Ukrainian refugees
Decent work and economic growth

On 10 May, we opened a job placement office for Ukrainian refugees in Milan. The idea was devised by BonelliErede, ITA2030, and Cometa Formazione social cooperative, which supports young people enter the working world. The centre is open to those looking for a job and is accessible through shelters in the Milan area and on the Municipality of Milan’s job search platforms.

The initiative further expands an activity in which we have been actively involved with Cometa Formazione. In 2017, we opened a job placement centre in our office in Via Marostica to help young people with difficult backgrounds find work.  In addition to Cometa, there is another important partner: ITA2030, an association of professionals from different backgrounds who leverage their networks to find partners willing to hire those who seek employment through this job placement office.
