For the following 14 years, Marina Tavassi served as advisor to the First Civil Division (specialising in company law, Community law, industrial and IP law, competition law, and arbitration). Between 2004 and 2009, she served as advisor to the Italian Supreme Court (two years for the Second Criminal Division and three for the First Civil Division, specialising in corporate law, Community law, industrial and IP law, competition law, and arbitration)
• In 2009, she returned to the judiciary, first as President of the Court of Milan’s Business Division (until 2016) and then as President of the Court of Appeal of Milan (until 2020)
