BonelliErede’s financial regulatory team will grow with the arrival of Anna Di Vilio as a partner.
Di Vilio joins the Rome office today from PwC TLS and has over 20 years’ experience advising financial intermediaries and investment funds, gained in leading law firms.
A team of three associates have left PwC TLS to join BonelliErede with Di Vilio: Denise Salvatori, Antonio Rossi and Luciano Vitali.
Di Vilio is an expert in financial regulation, asset management and investment funds, and advises banks, asset management companies and other financial intermediaries on contractual, corporate and regulatory issues related to their operations and extraordinary transactions involving these supervised entities. She has extensive experience assisting leading asset managers and investors set closed-end investment funds with fixed capital and alternative investment funds. She also assists in structuring real estate, energy, private equity and venture capital transactions, among others, through collective investment undertakings.
These latest additions follow the recent arrival in the department, also based at BonelliErede’s Rome office, of Fabrizio Colonna as of counsel, who was a partner at BSVA Studio Legale Associato from 2016 until he joined BonelliErede. Colonna has been a partner in a number of law firms, including LCA and EY Law, and has held positions at UniCredit Banca Mobiliare and J.P. Morgan.
The new arrivals will bring the financial regulatory practice, led by partner Giuseppe Rumi, to 25 professionals.
