  • setting up investment companies with fixed capital and alternative investment funds in the real estate, energy, credit, private equity and venture capital sectors
  • structuring of real estate, energy, private equity and venture capital transactions through undertakings for collective investment
  • assisting institutional investors with matters relating to investments in collective investment undertakings and carrying out said investments
  • structuring of M&As and extraordinary transactions in the banking and asset management sector, dealing with the related regulatory aspects and initiating authorisation procedures before supervisory authorities
  • assisting financial intermediaries with governance, organisational and procedural matters and, more generally, with how the sector’s regulatory and supervisory rules apply to them (and to the managed alternative investment funds)
