BonelliErede announces the appointment of Daria Ghidoni as of counsel and member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Focus Team at the firm’s Milan headquarters.
For over 20 years, Daria Ghidoni was a high-ranking manager of the legal dept at Recordati S.p.A., an international pharmaceutical group listed on the Italian Stock Exchange (FTSE MIB index). Until 2023, she served as Group General Counsel; she was also a member of the Executive Leadership Team, secretary of the Board of Directors, and a member of the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee and the Remuneration and Appointments Committee. She has extensive experience handling issues faced by the pharma sector and is an expert on the pharma regulatory frameworks in Italy, the EU and other jurisdictions (including the USA). Over the years she has handled numerous complex M&A and licensing deals and multijurisdictional litigation. Daria Ghidoni has also provided top management strategic support and advice concerning corporate governance for listed companies. Furthermore, she is one of the co-founders of the Cardiovascular Research and Innovation Foundation (2020).
Daria Ghidoni’s arrival coincides with Andrea Carta Mantiglia, partner, returning to his role as leader of BonelliErede’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Focus Team.
