BonelliErede’s team in Rome moved to the historical Palazzo Menotti at 39 Via Vittoria Colonna today – just a stone’s throw away from the Supreme Court. Designed by the 19th century entrepreneur and politician Carlo Menotti, the namesake building is in the heart of one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Rome.
The new 4,000 sqm office combines tradition with innovation: it is housed in Palazzo Menotti, one of the best examples of Italian artistic heritage of between the IX and XX centuries and is complemented with innovative design – including spaces with table football and TVs for the team to take a break and spend time together. The new office is also equipped with a fleet of BonelliErede branded bikes available to all. Branded bikes will also soon be introduced at the firm’s other offices.
The Rome team also has a new leader: Andrea Silvestri, coordinator of the firm’s tax practice, has taken over the reins from Claudio Tesauro as head of the Rome office – which now counts 73 professionals (including 8 partners) and 21 support staff.
“We would like to thank Claudio on behalf of all of us for the outstanding job he did”, commented Co-Managing Partners Stefano Simontacchi and Marcello Giustiniani. “Andrea has already fully immersed himself in his new role as head of the Rome office and in driving forward the development plans for our Rome office: the move to Palazzo Menotti is only the first step of a much broader strategy”.
