Fifteen thousand square metres at Via Fatebenesorelle 1, where Milan’s historic fabric meets its modern skyline.

Today BonelliErede moves into its new headquarters: a space designed to bring people and expertise together, offer clients a place to meet and exchange ideas, and support the firm’s growth. All the firm’s Milan professionals and staff – previously spread across Via Barozzi, Via Andegari and Via Marostica – are now together under one roof. The new building also becomes the hub for the firm’s offices in the EMEA region.

“Our new Milan office is an investment in how we work: It fosters collaboration among our people and allows us to offer clients an increasingly integrated experience, in line with the highest international standards. It is a step forward for BonelliErede, which is looking to the future while staying true to the values that have shaped our journey,” said Massimiliano Danusso, chairman of BonelliErede.

“We wanted more than just a new office: we wanted a place that reflects who we are and where we are heading,” commented Eliana Catalano, managing partner of BonelliErede. “That is why we involved our people in the design from day one, and today every space reflects a shared vision. It is a place where tradition and innovation meet and where different generations work side by side. Above all, it is a long-term commitment: an investment in the growth of our people and the firm for years to come.”

The building comprises two towers connected by a central block. The structure runs on a photovoltaic system and groundwater geothermal systems and is equipped for rainwater harvesting. The headquarters meets the highest international standards of sustainability and wellbeing, with LEED Platinum (Core and Shell), WELL Platinum, WiredScore Development Platinum and BREEAM Refurbishment & Fit-Out Excellent certifications.

The interiors are designed to encourage teamwork and social interaction, featuring a courtyard garden, panoramic terraces and shared spaces. The auditorium is on the first floor, and the entire eighth floor is dedicated to welcoming clients and taking them on a journey through BonelliErede’s history. The building also features a library, two dining areas, a café and a gym.

“Our new home is the result of over 2 years’ work by a large, interdisciplinary team, who brought their passion, expertise and energy to the project,” concluded Angela Cossellu, general manager of BonelliErede. “Finally having all our Milan-based people in one place, in spaces designed to be welcoming and inclusive, allows us to further enhance both the integration of our expertise and the quality of the service we offer to clients. Our most sincere thanks go to everyone who made this project possible.”

BonelliErede worked on the project with Lombardini22, which oversaw the design and construction management; Park Associati, which led the artistic direction of the concept and interior design; Coiver Group, which acted as general contractor; and Perelli Consulting, which oversaw the project management.
