BonelliErede has expanded its employment law practice with the arrival of a group of professionals led by Federica Paternò, an experienced employment lawyer who trained under Prof. Raffaele De Luca Tamajo.
Federica Paternò has been practising since 1987. Over the years, she has advised on employment law, labour law, industrial relations, litigation and arbitration. She has authored articles, essays and notes for employment law journals and has spoken at conferences and training courses for specialists in the field.
Five professionals are joining Federica Paternò in the move to BonelliErede: Benedetta Garofalo, Christian Calabrese, Francesco Bartolotta, Daniele La Stella and Chiara Alecci. The entire group will be based at the firm’s Rome office with the rest of the employment law team as of 9 September. As a result of the new hires, the firm’s employment law practice – led by partner Marcello Giustiniani – has strengthened its ranks, rising to 38 professionals.
Marcello Giustiniani had this to say: “It is a great pleasure to welcome Federica and her team. Together we will explore new growth opportunities for our department: I am certain that we will offer an even higher standard of excellence to our clients and that we will take on new challenges with renewed energy and determination”.
BonelliErede’s Managing Partner, Eliana Catalano, and Chairman, Massimiliano Danusso, also commented: “This is the sixth announcement of new hires for the firm since the beginning of the year, which we are very proud of. Our Employment Law Department, which was founded by Marcello Giustiniani, has grown significantly over the years and is constantly evolving. These new additions will only further consolidate its market leadership”.
