BonelliErede expands its administrative law team with the arrival of Biagio Giliberti and Francesco Marone. They join as of counsel at BonelliErede’s Rome and Milan offices, respectively.

Biagio Giliberti, full professor of administrative law, has years of experience in public contracts, concessions, infrastructure and energy.

Francesco Marone, full professor of constitutional law, specialises in urban and environmental law and public-private partnerships and public contracts – in addition to constitutional law.

With their arrival and Alessandro Rosi’s new role as of counsel, the administrative law practice, led by partner Luca Perfetti, now boasts an over 20-strong team.

“We’re delighted to announce the arrival of Biagio and Francesco”, commented Managing Partner Eliana Catalano and Chairman Massimiliano Danusso, who added: “We intend to continue strengthening the leadership of our administrative law practice, which is a unique combination of a boutique firm’s specialisation and academic acumen and BonelliErede’s strong infrastructure and multidisciplinary approach, in line with the growth – also internal – that drives the development of that practice”.

Luca Perfetti added: “Raffaele Cassano and I are both very happy with this decision, which is important now but is also of strategic value for the future: we’re launching a new generation of talented lawyers, which will ensure continuity for the future and enable us to provide even better client service in an increasingly strategic market such as that of administrative and public law. We are an extremely close-knit team that combines passion, expertise and academic excellence, and very young professionals with great potential”.
