At BonelliErede’s partners’ meeting on Saturday, 30 November, the partnership made up two new partners: Ilaria Parrilla and Giulio Vece.

Ilaria Parrilla joined the firm in 2018 after working as an associate for major law firms in Milan and then London, where she is now based. She specialises in banking and finance, with a focus on structured finance, debt capital markets, securitisations, purchases of non-performing loans, financing transactions and debt restructuring agreements. She is a member of the Banks and Debt Capital Markets focus teams.

Giulio Vece is based in Milan and has been with BonelliErede since 2011. He is part of the firm’s financial regulatory practice and focuses on procedures for establishing and authorising entities, extraordinary transactions, prudential regulation, corporate governance and internal organisation policies, mainly in the fields of banking, financial intermediation and regulated entities. He is a member of the Banks Focus Team.

The firm’s Managing Partner, Eliana Catalano, commented: “We are happy to announce that our partnership continues to expand, this time with the promotion of two professionals from within the firm.
