BonelliErede has new partners: Elena Busson and Manuela Malavasi.

Elena Busson, 38, joined BonelliErede in 2007. She specialises in corporate law and M&A, with a special focus on energy and infrastructure. Elena is a member of the Energy & Infrastructure Focus Team.

Manuela Malavasi, 39, joined BonelliErede in 2000. She specialises in civil, commercial and financial litigation, and has a special focus on securities litigation. Manuela is a member of the Corporate Litigation Focus Team.
