On 17 December, BonelliErede’s partners’ meeting approved the appointment of four new partners: Giulia Bianchi Frangipane, Marco Adda, Stefano Brunello and Giuseppe Manzo.

Giulia Bianchi Frangipane, 39, joined BonelliErede in 2005. She specialises in corporate law, with particular focus on M&A and extraordinary finance operations, private equity, capital markets, commercial contracts, turnarounds, corporate restructuring and insolvency procedures. Giulia is a member of the Private Equity Focus Team.

Marco Adda, 43, joined BonelliErede in 2010. He specialises in tax law, with particular focus on corporate taxation, international taxation and transfer pricing. He has extensive expertise in several industrial sectors, including fashion, automotive and consumer goods.

Stefano Brunello, 38, also works in the tax practice. He joined BonelliErede in 2003 after working at another leading international law firm. Stefano specialises in the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations, international tax planning, real estate transactions and succession planning.

Giuseppe Manzo, 41, returned to BonelliErede in 2016, having started his professional career with the firm in 1999. In the interim, he gained considerable experience working at other leading law firms and served as Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs EMEA at Techint Engineering & Construction. He specialises in corporate law, procurement and commercial contracts. Giuseppe is a member of the International Arbitration and Construction & Engineering Focus Teams.

These appointments bring the total number of partners to 62. The firm’s 400-strong team of professionals all work in synergy across the European and African offices.
