Taking place in English and Arabic, this fourth annual conference is a “must attend” for arbitration professionals who want to keep up to date on the latest arbitration developments in the MENA region.

Over the last decade, businesses operating in MENA are increasingly turning to arbitration over litigation in resolving disputes: numerous regional arbitration centres opened, the most notable being Dubai and Cairo, and new national arbitration laws were introduced, for example in Doha, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. Only few exception do exist, for instance Saudi Arabia. On top, some MENA countries took legislative steps towards becoming more “arbitration friendly” with the aim to respond to the increasing importance of the international arbitration in the region.
