Luca R. Perfetti’s appointment as a partner was approved on 22 January.

Luca has headed the firm’s administrative law department, which comprises 23 professionals, since he joined back in November. He is also a member of the Energy & Infrastructure Focus Team and has particular expertise in the telecommunications, transportation, real estate and environmental sectors.

Prior to joining BonelliErede, Luca worked at a firm renowned for its administrative law expertise, after having spent several years at a leading Italian law firm.

Over the years he has assisted companies and public entities in the public services sector (both liberalised and state-owned), listed and unlisted companies, funds, financial institutions, and Italian and foreign banks.

Not only is Luca a full professor of administrative law, he is also on the scientific and editorial committees of the most prominent public law reviews in Italy and author of many publications.

He has received numerous awards and is cited by highly reputed legal directories – such as Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 – as a leading expert in administrative law in Italy.
