The Covid-19 Italian legal framework continues to be updated as the response evolves, and to capture good practice from local outbreak management plans.
The so called Reopening Decree (Law Decree 52/2021) was converted into Law 87/2021, with some amendments to facilitate Italy’s gradual economic and social recovery while remaining mindful of the need to contain Covid-19. Moreover were introduced (i) measures related to the NRRP’s governance and the streamlining of administrative procedures by Law Decree 77/2021 and (ii) measures regarding taxation, employment and consumer protection, and support for businesses throughout Italy by Law Decree 99/2021.
Our Covid-19 Task Force has updated the affected sections of the vademecum employment law, administrative law, transport law, tax law, and criminal liabilities. As usual, everything is covered: the main areas addressed, the salient points and who is affected, along with some operational guidelines.
