Draghi’s government has introduced new, urgent measures to: (a) ensure continuity of administrative operations and of certain measures related to the state of emergency (Decree Law 56/2021); and (b) enable gradual economic and social recovery while remaining mindful of the need to contain the spread of Covid-19 (Decree Law 52/2021).
