Covid-19: vademecum updated to 10 Mar.
11 March 2021

The last few weeks have seen pandemic-related measures revised/extended to support businesses and citizens throughout Italy and to contain the spread of Covid-19 (Law Decree 15/2021 and Law 21/2021, which converted the “Milleproroghe Decree” into law).

At the same time, lockdown measures have been tightened across the country from 6 March to 6 April (Prime Ministerial Decree of 2 March 2021).

Our Covid-19 Task Force has updated the affected sections of the vademecum: pharma, labour law, banking law, tax law, transport law, corporate law, administrative law, criminal liabilities, and state aid and golden power. As usual, everything is covered: the main areas addressed, the salient points and who is affected, along with some operational guidelines.
