BonelliErede announces its plan to consolidate its Milan offices into a single landmark space in the heart of the vibrant Porta Nuova district, between Brera and Gae Aulenti.
The new headquarters, owned by the Atlas fund (managed by the leading private and independent asset management company Kryalos SGR, which has approx. EUR 14 bn in assets under management), will have 15 floors across two buildings and will accommodate approx. 600 people from BonelliErede and beLab, starting from the second half of 2026.
One of the project’s objectives is to bring the firm’s Milan workforce, currently spread across three offices, to a single building in Milan that can support the firm’s growth in the coming years.
Chairman of BonelliErede, Massimiliano Danusso, commented: “The new location is big step for the firm and gives it a new identity, more in line with the characteristics of innovation and creativity that distinguish us. With this choice, we are preparing to write a new chapter in our history, together with all the people of BonelliErede, our clients and all those we will have the pleasure of hosting”.
Eliana Catalano, Managing Partner, added: “The new headquarters have been designed and built with BonelliErede’s people in mind, with the people of BonelliErede. This new space is the result of an exceptional collective effort, involving a multidisciplinary and intergenerational team within the firm. We have been working together to create an environment that meets everyone’s needs”.
The architectural complex that will house the firm’s new Milan headquarters features two buildings interconnected by a walkway. The complex will be a nearly zero-energy building thanks to a regeneration project that began in 2023 and was conceived following the principles of sustainable and bioclimatic design. Once completed, the complex will boast the most important international green certifications, including Core&Shell LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, BREEAM Excellent and WiredScore Platinum, attesting to its energy efficiency, sustainability and technological innovation.
The communal areas will be structured to promote socialising and well-being. An auditorium, new dining areas, break areas and a gym will offer a modern and multifunctional work experience, enhanced by more than 2,000 square metres of green areas.
For people, designed by people.
