  • bankruptcy law: reorganisation of companies in crisis (arrangements with creditors, debt restructuring agreements, agreements pursuant to section 182-bis of the Italian bankruptcy law), assistance in insolvency proceedings (lease and disposal of business units, bankruptcy litigation, liability claims)
  • commercial and company law: purchase and disposal of business complexes and company holdings, mergers, acquisitions, demergers, corporate transactions and extraordinary transactions, liability claims against directors and auditors, drafting of shareholders’ agreements, corporate contracts (national and international sales agreements; distribution agreements; trademark licensing agreements; private contracts)
