BonelliErede has obtained gender equality certification under UNI/PdR 125:2022, Italy’s national standard that measures organisations’ commitment to this goal.

The certification, issued by Bureau Veritas, recognised the soundness of the firm’s policies across all six assessment areas set out in the standard: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities and the inclusion of women at the firm, gender pay equity, and parenthood protection and work-life balance.

This achievement is part of BonelliErede’s daily efforts to create an increasingly fair and inclusive working environment and reflects the firm’s focus on social sustainability and the value it places on diversity.

The certification is valid for 3 years and is subject to annual audits, reflecting BonelliErede’s determination to promote initiatives and actions that will steadily raise the standards it has achieved.
