BonelliErede is the only Italian firm among the 50 most innovative firms across Europe listed in the FT Innovative Lawyers Report. The FT carries out the research annually to showcase the law firms that have distinguished themselves through innovative projects and initiatives.

BonelliErede’s expertise was commended in two categories: “enabling business growth”, for its assistance to a major media and publishing group with its take-over of a multimedia publishing company, and “managing complexity and scale”, for its assistance to four Italian banks that applied the Bank Resolution and Recovery Directive.
