Now in its 8th year, the “Italian M&A and Private Equity Forum 2015” kicks off today in Milan. The event has been organised by Mergermarket, the leading media company specifically targeting M&A international players. BonelliErede is among the sponsors, together with PwC and HSBC.

The “Italian M&A and Private Equity Forum” is Mergermarket’s annual event providing over 300 CEOs, CFOs and Heads of M&A with the opportunity to meet each other and examine growth and financial trends. The event offers a unique platform for debate between leading business figures and investors.

A few partners from BonelliErede’s Private Equity Focus Team will take part in three different panels.

Umberto Nicodano, leader of the Private Equity Focus Team, will moderate the panel “What can private equity do for Italian business”, dedicated to private equity funds investment strategies in Italy. Eliana Catalano will moderate the session “Raising capital via IPO”, focusing on the current challenges with domestic equity offerings. Finally, Mario Roli will conduct the panel discussion on “Infrastructure”, in which he will consider the landscape for cross-border infrastructure deals targeting Italy.
