On 21 March 2022, the ICSID Member States approved wide-ranging amendments to the ICSID Institution Rules, Arbitration Rules and the Additional Facility Rules, which will come into effect on 1 July 2022. The new rules aim to streamline procedures improving efficiency, increasing transparency, and enabling greater access and speed.
