Taxpayers now have until 31 December to notify the Italian tax authority of their wish to waive the ‘Tremonti Ambiente’ tax incentive and thus continue benefitting from the feed-in tariff incentives under Energy Bill III, IV and V. This is thanks to the conversion law of the Simplification Decree (original deadline was 30 June under the Tax Decree).
