Art. 83 of the Cura Italia decree from 17 March contains new urgent measures, and amends or replaces some existing ones, to combat the effects of the Covid-19 emergency on civil, criminal, tax and military justice.

In brief, Art. 83 reproduces (and repeals) Arts. 1 and 2 of the law decree of 8 March, extends the suspension period of procedural terms to 15 April and 30 June, provides clarification concerning previously issued measures, and contains further provisions concerning application.
