Covid-19: vademecum updates following Prime Ministerial Decree of 24 Oct. and the “Ristori Decree”
3 November 2020

Prime Ministerial Decree of 24 Oct. introduced further restrictive measures (to those introduced with the prime ministerial decrees of 13 and 18 Oct.) to combat Covid-19. And the Ristori Decree (Law Decree No. 137 of 28 Oct.) introduced financial measures to support workers and businesses affected by the restrictive measures.

Our Covid-19 Task Force has updated the sections of the vademecum affected by the abovementioned decrees, namely: State aid and golden power, administrative law, competition law, labour law, tax law, transport law and criminal liabilities. The updates include a list of the businesses subject to suspension or restrictions.
