The Prime Ministerial Decree of 26 April and the law of conversion of the Cura Italia Decree (Law No. 27 of 24 April 2020) have significantly changed the landscape of the measures to support businesses and citizens throughout the country.

In particular, the Prime Ministerial Decree of 26 April, containing urgent measures for the containment and management of the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency, outlined the principles that will govern, as of next 4 May, the so-called Phase 2 of the emergency, together with immediately applicable provisions, mainly on travel and activities functional to re-start certain businesses.
