A very special guest joined us on 12 November for the last of our JurisInStudio 2019 gatherings: Joshua Rubenstein, global chair of Katten’s private clients practice.

Joshua talked about the main drivers of change in the private clients sector since the financial crisis in 2008, focusing on Europe–USA relations and trade, and the pros and cons of applying Italian vs USA trust law.
