Art. 15 of the Cura Italia decree allows manufacturers and importers to place surgical masks on the market without the CE marking (in derogation from the existing legislation).

This is an opportunity for many companies in sectors other than that of medical devices; but they must, of course, guarantee product quality and meet safety requirements.
