The spread of Covid-19 will continue to have significant repercussions also in relation to the enforcement of antitrust law.

Indeed, the constant stream of legislative measures and communications from the various competition authorities is impacting the timing of investigation procedures. And now  the various authorities are providing the first indications on how they intend to enforce (and adapt) antitrust rules in light of the exceptional circumstances caused by the pandemic.
