BonelliErede announces three new partners

On 2 December 2017, BonelliErede’s partners’ meeting approved the appointment of three new partners: Antonio La Porta, Matteo Maria Pratelli and Enrico Vaccaro.

Antonio La Porta, 41, joined BonelliErede in 2015, after stints at major Italian and international law firms, and the legal departments of IMI Bank in Luxembourg and San Paolo IMI in Rome. Antonio specialises in structured finance, covered bonds and securitisation operations. He is a member of the Banks Focus Team and the Africa Team.

Matteo Maria Pratelli, 38, joined BonelliErede in 2003, and is mainly based at BonelliErede’s Genoa office. He specialises in M&A and extraordinary transactions, and restructuring of companies and assets in generational transitions. Matteo is also adept at handling litigation and arbitration concerning trade and corporate matters. He is a member of the Private Clients Focus Team.

Enrico Vaccaro, 37, joined BonelliErede in 2004. He also specialises in M&A and extraordinary transactions, in addition to corporate consultancy with a particular focus on the banking, financial and payment services, fashion and luxury and real estate sectors. He is a member of the Banks Focus Team and he will strengthen the Rome-based team.
